Performance Marketing Lead

You'll join the leadership of Lumepic's marketing with a focus on numbers: campaigns, experimentation and continuous improvement. You'll work side by side with the CMO, with plenty of autonomy and real startup context.
Profile:At least 3 years of experience in marketing & growth in B2C. Data-driven, AI first, and eager to get hands-on in a small, fast-changing environment. Must have: experience in Meta Ads.
What you'll do:Analyze campaign data and spot what works and what doesn't.Propose and run marketing experiments constantly.Optimize campaigns based on performance, ROAS and conversion.Analyze conversion rates and look for optimizations.Decide which ads to scale and which to cut.Turn data insights into concrete actions, not just reports.Work very closely with the CMO on strategy definition.
What we're looking for:At least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth or data.Experience in Meta Ads.You're data-driven, curious, and love digging into the numbers.You're AI first: you use AI to build your own solutions.Experience in performance marketing, ads or experimentation.You're interested in (or already know) the startup world.We value judgment and speed over formal seniority.Bonus points: you know some code or have a technical/data background.
