Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist
Remote (Latin America-based; CST time zone preferred; English-fluent)Department: MarketingReports to: Director of MarketingDirect reports: NoneCompany size: ~65 employees
About Tricura:
Tricura Insurance Group is a next-generation, tech-enabled insurance and risk management company transforming how healthcare organizations protect, manage, and grow their operations.
We're a global, remote-first team headquartered in New York, combining deep insurance expertise with modern technology to build smarter, faster, and more transparent solutions for the healthcare industry.
We're a team across North and South America, building products and internal systems that leverage AI, automation, and data to fundamentally improve how our business operates.
If you're excited by combining data, technology, and experimentation to solve complex growth challenges—and want to help build the marketing engine of a fast-growing company—we'd love to meet you.
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly analytical Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to build and optimize the data-driven side of our marketing engine.
This is not a brand, creative, content, or social media role. We already have a strong team focused on brand positioning, design, messaging, content, and events.
Your role is to build the systems and campaigns that get that content in front of the right people, at the right time—and determine whether it's actually influencing business outcomes.
You'll own performance marketing across channels such as Google and LinkedIn, develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, build reliable marketing attribution and analytics, optimize conversion throughout the funnel, and continuously experiment with new ways to influence revenue.
Importantly, our challenge isn't simply generating more leads. We already have significant opportunity volume across our insurance and technology businesses. A major opportunity for this role is helping us convert existing demand more effectively by reaching known accounts and decision-makers with the right messages throughout their buying journey.
This is a highly quantitative individual contributor role. Success will be measured by campaign efficiency, funnel conversion, account engagement, attribution accuracy, pipeline impact, and marketing's contribution to revenue—not by the volume of content produced.
If you naturally gravitate toward dashboards, experiments, conversion rates, attribution, and figuring out why one campaign performs better than another, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do:
1. Own Performance MarketingManage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaignsDevelop targeting, audience segmentation, retargeting, and bidding strategiesContinuously optimize campaigns based on conversion and business performanceTest new audiences, channels, messages, calls to action, and campaign structuresManage marketing spend with a strong focus on measurable business impact and ROI
2. Build Account-Based Marketing ProgramsDevelop and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts and opportunitiesUse known buying signals, account data, and decision timelines to determine when and how to engage prospectsBuild campaigns that strengthen awareness, trust, and differentiation throughout the buying journeyDevelop strategies for reaching multiple decision-makers within target organizationsPartner with Sales, Underwriting, and Marketing to identify high-value accounts and opportunities where marketing can influence conversion
3. Build Marketing Analytics & AttributionOwn marketing analytics, dashboards, and KPI reportingBuild reliable attribution between marketing activity, pipeline progression, and revenueTrack campaign performance beyond clicks and impressions to understand actual business impactAnalyze CAC, conversion rates, account engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign ROIIdentify performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities through dataGive leadership clear visibility into what's working, what's not, and where we should invest more
4. Improve Funnel ConversionAnalyze our commercial funnels to identify opportunities for marketing to improve conversionDesign campaigns aimed at moving existing opportunities through the funnel—not simply generating additional leadsImprove landing page conversion rates through continuous experimentationExecute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email campaigns, audiences, and calls to actionDevelop campaigns around different stages of the buying journeyPartner with commercial teams to understand where and when marketing can most effectively influence buying decisions
5. Build Marketing Automation & InfrastructureDevelop and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and marketing automationImprove how marketing data flows between campaigns, HubSpot, analytics platforms, and commercial teamsBuild scalable processes for campaign tracking and reportingLeverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution speedContinuously improve the infrastructure behind our digital marketing programs
6. Identify New Growth OpportunitiesIdentify new acquisition, engagement, and conversion channelsMonitor search behavior, competitor activity, and audience signals to uncover opportunitiesSupport paid search and SEO strategy around high-intent keywordsDevelop and test hypotheses about new ways marketing can influence revenueHelp determine which marketing channels and strategies Tricura should scale over time
