Now Hiring: Personal Assistant & Social Media Handler (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Remote (Los Angeles, California) Dynosoft Excel is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Personal Assistant & Social Media Handler to support a fast-growing content creator and influencer. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, managing daily tasks and helping to build an engaging online presence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily schedules, appointments, and email correspondence efficiently. Coordinate brand collaborations and partnership communications professionally. Respond promptly and courteously to messages and inquiries. Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. Organize digital files, track deadlines, and handle administrative duties. Research current social media trends, hashtags, and content ideas to boost engagement. Monitor social media engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with major social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or social media manager is preferred but not required.
