We’re looking for caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides (PCA) / Caregivers. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour , and opportunities for career development within the home care industry. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to promote independence and comfort. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation and improve mental well-being. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Support client mobility and transfers safely, reducing fall risk and enhancing physical health. Offer medication reminders to help clients adhere to prescribed schedules (non-medical assistance). Assist with transportation and errands as needed to support client independence and community engagement. Observe and report any changes in client condition promptly to supervisors to ensure timely care adjustments. Complete accurate care notes and documentation to maintain compliance and quality standards. What We're Looking For Required: Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and clean driving record to ensure safe client transportation. Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check for client safety. Current CPR certification and up-to-date TB test to meet health and safety regulations. Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic to build trust with clients and team members. Preferred: Previous experience in caregiving or personal care aide roles, especially in home care settings. Additional certifications related to elder care or disability support. Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including weekday and occasional weekend shifts. Interest in career advancement and ongoing professional development within the home care industry.
