Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research on case details, precedents, and applicable laws. Prepare, draft, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and settlement proposals. Negotiate with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to achieve fair settlements. Represent clients in court by presenting evidence and persuasive arguments to judges and juries. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progress and clear communication with clients. Develop and execute trial strategies to maximize client outcomes. Provide legal advice and educate clients on their rights and options throughout the legal process. Required and Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law or related fields. Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and colleague interaction. Proficiency in case analysis and settlement strategy development. Active membership in the state bar; additional certifications in personal injury or trial advocacy preferred.
