Arvenda is partnering with a U.S.-based law firm to find an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional who has hands-on experience driving PI cases forward from intake through resolution. If you can confidently support attorneys, manage medical records, and provide excellent client service in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

What you will be doing:Oversee and manage a dedicated caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through final resolutionAct as a reliable liaison, maintaining regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companiesSystematically collect, organize, and maintain critical case documentation and medical recordsMonitor strict legal deadlines and ensure timely, proactive follow-up on all required case actionsCoordinate client medical appointments, execute records requests, and manage day-to-day case logisticsKeep the firm's case management systems consistently updated with accurate, real-time informationSupport attorneys by meticulously preparing case files and ensuring all documentation is highly organized and readily available
What you need to succeed:Previous, proven experience working specifically as a Personal Injury Paralegal Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively interact with U.S.-based clients, attorneys, and adjustersProven ability to manage personal injury files independently and drive workflows forwardDeep understanding of the lifecycle of a US personal injury claimExcellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client serviceHighly reliable and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote legal setting
