About the role

Oremota is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a U.S.-based law firm. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through final resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Collect, organize, and maintain case documentation and medical records.
• Monitor legal deadlines and follow up proactively on required case actions.
• Coordinate client medical appointments, request records, and manage day-to-day case logistics.
• Keep case management systems updated with accurate, real-time information.
• Prepare organized case files and documentation to support attorneys.

Requirements

• Proven experience working specifically as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills to interact with U.S.-based clients, attorneys, and adjusters.
• Ability to manage personal injury files independently and drive workflows forward.
• Deep understanding of the lifecycle of a US personal injury claim.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to exceptional client service.
