Key Responsibilities Manage the executive’s schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings with attention to detail. Maintain an organized filing system for important correspondence and records to ensure easy retrieval. Assist in communication with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information in company databases. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Support other administrative functions and projects as assigned to facilitate smooth office operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
