role description

The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Peru. The partner will oversee local marketing initiatives, manage the franchise’s online operations, and coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic functions.

Day-to-day activities include:

• conducting market research to identify client segments
• building relationships with public and corporate clients
• developing promotional strategies to increase enrollment in language and soft-skills courses
• recruiting and supervising teaching staff as needed
• maintaining high-quality service standards
• ensuring efficient use of Lingua Learn’s systems, including the e-commerce platform and CRM
