About the role
The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn Franchise Group’s presence in Peru. The partner will oversee local marketing initiatives, manage the franchise’s online operations, and coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic functions.
Lingua Learn Franchise Group is a virtual online training school with more than 45 franchise hubs worldwide, delivering over 50 languages to public and corporate clients. Partners receive exclusive rights to the brand and services in their country, along with a launch package and ongoing operational support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify client segments.
- Build relationships with public and corporate clients.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase enrollment in language and soft-skills courses.
- Recruit and supervise teaching staff as needed.
- Maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure efficient use of Lingua Learn Franchise Group’s e-commerce platform and CRM.
