Role Description The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Peru. In this role, the partner manages local business development, including identifying market segments, building client relationships with individuals and organizations, and promoting Lingua Learn’s language and training services. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing activities, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, and ensuring the effective use of provided systems such as the e-commerce platform and CRM. The partner is responsible for managing local operations, including basic administrative oversight, aligning offerings with local demand, and monitoring performance metrics. Collaboration with Lingua Learn’s academic and support teams is expected to maintain quality standards and deliver a consistent learner experience in the Peruvian market.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, present the franchise offering, and manage professional correspondence.Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, understand local demand, and refine growth strategies.Training experience or the ability to support and coordinate training initiatives for local staff or instructors.Business development, sales, or entrepreneurship experience, ideally within education, online services, or related sectors.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet agreed performance targets.Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are an advantage.Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and online communication channels.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
