Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products to effectively communicate benefits and clinical applications to healthcare professionals and customers. Engage proactively with healthcare providers and clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving product inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches, ensuring up-to-date expertise. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug classifications, formularies, and therapeutic areas. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex pharmaceutical information. Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy. Preferred: Previous experience in pharmaceutical product support or customer-facing roles.
