Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products to effectively communicate benefits and clinical applications to healthcare professionals and customers. Engage proactively with healthcare providers and clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving product inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches, ensuring up-to-date expertise. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams by providing valuable customer feedback and market insights to shape strategic initiatives. Assist in planning and executing promotional events and educational workshops aimed at healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and adoption. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and product inquiries using CRM systems to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor sales performance metrics and customer satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous growth. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug classifications, formularies, and therapeutic areas. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex pharmaceutical information. Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy. Preferred: Previous experience in pharmaceutical product support or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Demonstrated interest in continuous professional development and industry certifications.
