Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately to patients. Maintain pharmacy inventory by managing stock levels, conducting audits, and restocking as needed. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues. Record medication orders and ensure precision in prescription filling and labeling. Organize medication storage areas in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Engage in ongoing training to enhance professional skills and pharmacy knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Basic math skills necessary for accurate medication preparation. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Prior pharmacy experience or relevant certifications preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer service protocols is a plus. Minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is ideal.
