About the role

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking people with a Philosophy background to help AI models become more logical and ethical. The role involves reviewing AI responses for clear reasoning, contradictions, fairness, and clarity. A tech background is not required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI explanations and identify errors in reasoning or claims that do not make sense.
• Review how AI handles ethical questions and help ensure answers are balanced and helpful.
• Help AI avoid unfairly favoring a group or viewpoint.
• Help simplify complex AI responses so they are honest, clear, and easy to understand.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• Basic (B1) English proficiency to read instructions.
• Ability to spot errors in arguments and explain why something is right or wrong.
• Complete a subject-specific qualification exam and ID verification.
