Our Sales Specialists are the first point of contact and the voice of the company. This means professionalism, warmth, compassion, and credibility are just as important as sales performance. We’re looking for individuals with a true “bulldog grip”: persistent, resilient, and confident—without ever being aggressive or pushy.
What You’ll Do
Handle a mix of inbound and outbound callsEngage with warm and cold leads professionally and confidentlyBuild rapid rapport and establish trust with callersActively listen to callers’ needs and guide the conversationPre-qualify leads and convert them into enrolmentsAccurately document calls and outcomes in the systemCollaborate closely with the enrollment and intake teamsRepresent the agency with empathy, credibility, and care at all times

Language Requirements
English is required
Strongly preferred:Bilingual: English–SpanishTrilingual: English–Spanish–Russian
Schedule:Mon-Fri 9:00 am — 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm according to New York time.
