Photobooth Attendant

About the role

Confidential is looking for a photobooth attendant to welcome customers and provide a pleasant photobooth experience. Photobooth or keychain-making experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their photobooth experience.
• Operate the photobooth and assist with basic technical concerns.
• Guide customers through taking and claiming their photos.
• Handle customer payments and transactions accurately.
• Create and assemble photo keychains according to the process and quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booth.
• Help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Be friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers.
• Be comfortable creating rapport and providing a welcoming customer experience.
• Be tech-savvy and willing to learn basic photobooth operations.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, responsible, professional, and presentable.
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced mall environment.
• Be comfortable working mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Be available approximately 3–4 working days per week.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills are valued.
