PHP Developer - Remote Work

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for PHP Senior Developers to join its Development team and work on projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role is suited to proactive team players who are passionate about PHP and focused on providing the best experience to the end user.

Developers will face technical challenges involving current technologies, the mobile world, web applications and devices.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Resolve the organization’s most technically challenging issues.
• Write code with increasing quality and maintainability.
• Guide the architecture of large features that impact all parts of the company, identifying issues and raising concerns or blockers for mitigation.
• Research and introduce technology to improve applications or the development pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with PHP and strong Front-End skills.
• Knowledge of workflow management, design and implementation in all its stages.
• Collaborate with the development team on technical challenges and code upgrades, working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers and product owners.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel and Symphony is desirable.
