About the role
INDI Staffing Services is looking for PHP developers to join its development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role involves programming in PHP and contributing to a strong end-user experience. Developers will work on technical challenges involving current technologies, mobile, web applications, and devices.
Responsibilities
- Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Resolve the organization's most technically challenging issues.
- Write code with increasing quality and maintainability.
- Guide the architecture of large features that impact all parts of the company, identifying issues and raising concerns or blockers for mitigation.
- Research and introduce technology to improve applications or the development pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with PHP and strong front-end skills.
- Workflow management, design, and implementation in all stages.
- Collaborate with the development team on technical challenges and code upgrades, working with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, or Symphony is desirable.
