Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (On-site)Type: Full-time About the RoleVeterans Care International is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you’ll work closely with U.S. veterans to help them recover, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans.You will be part of a supportive, patient-centered environment that values both clinical excellence and human connection. Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and post-treatment exercises.Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. RequirementsDegree in Physical Therapy or related field.Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in the Dominican Republic.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (experience with U.S. veterans is a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
