The team values empathy, professional integrity, and continuous learning to deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic services.Role Description This temporary Physical Therapist role at Rehabit Therapy is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with a combination of on-site patient visits and some work-from-home for documentation and care coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support mobility, function, and pain management. The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services in clinic and home settings, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and long-term self-management. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient cases.Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, emphasizing safety, respect, and clear communication.Experience or aptitude in Home Care settings, including assessing home environments and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.Relevant professional degree in Physical Therapy and current licensure or eligibility to practice in Mexico.Ability to work in a hybrid model, managing both in-person sessions in Mexico City and remote administrative tasks effectively.Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records or clinical reporting systems.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing patient needs.Basic proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, telehealth, and communication; fluency in Spanish, with English skills considered an asset.
