Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive physics lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Conduct interactive classes using lectures, experiments, and group discussions to enhance student understanding. Evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments to ensure mastery of physics concepts. Maintain an inclusive and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and participation. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate academic progress to parents. Engage in professional development to stay updated on the latest educational methodologies and physics advancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physics or Education. Strong grasp of fundamental physics principles. Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with educational technology to support interactive learning. Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
