Company is hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu . This full-time role is vital to our warehouse operations, focusing on accurate product selection and secure packaging to ensure timely shipments and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from inventory according to order details. Pack items securely and efficiently, verifying all products are included. Label packages and prepare them for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized packing area. Keep precise records of picked and packed orders for documentation. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance workflow and resolve issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during tasks. Support stock replenishment and inventory management as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy. Ability to work well within a team environment. Previous warehouse or similar experience is preferred but not mandatory. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborates closely with shipping and other departments to maintain smooth operations and address customer inquiries.
