Key Responsibilities Thoroughly clean all plant areas including production floors, break rooms, and restrooms. Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify cleanliness or safety issues. Organize and store supplies in an orderly fashion. Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and uphold hygiene standards. Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly to supervisors. Participate in special cleaning projects, including deep cleaning initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in cleaning roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols. Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks. At BMW, you will report to the Cleaning Supervisor and work closely with other cleaning staff and departments to maintain high cleanliness standards.
