Job Title: Plant General Leader – Manufacturing Operations IntegrationLocation: Dominican RepublicStart: October-November Length: 6-12+ MonthsJob Description: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations, ideally in complex, fast-paced industrial environments. Proven experience with full plant responsibility, leading Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse/Materials, and Purchasing. Demonstrated experience in operations integration, transformation, or turnaround, including synergy capture and stabilization. Strong background in Lean / Continuous Improvement, cost reduction, productivity, lead-time, and process improvement. Experience leading quality, audits, corrective actions, compliance, and safety initiatives. Hands-on, floor-oriented leadership profile with the ability to work onsite, quickly implement structure, and report directly to senior leadership/ownership.Languages:Intermediate – Advanced English Spanish
