ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employeesContribute to production planning and budgetingLead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain a safe production environmentCoordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
QualificationsMinimum BA/BS, MBA preferred10+ years of food production/plant management experienceUSDA/FDA meat or frozen experienceExperience managing large plant operationsStrong organizational and managerial skills
