Poject Manager

we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with more than 5 years of experience managing complex, long-duration projects within agencies, corporate environments, or global networks. Their mission will focus on serving as the key connection point between clients, agency partners, and internal teams, leading and coordinating multiple workstreams while overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation to final delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving the successful execution of operational solutions, managing senior stakeholder communities across the Publicis Groupe ecosystem, and maintaining efficient systems, workflows, and project governance. The Senior Project Manager is expected to build strong relationships with creative, strategy, production, business affairs, and finance teams, acting as a trusted and respected partner across the organization. They will be responsible for project estimation, budget and scope management, burn tracking, invoicing coordination, risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting, ensuring teams meet their commitments and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, proactively raise concerns, propose improvements, and investigate solutions that drive operational excellence and business impact.
Responsabilities:Oversee multiple projects or one large, complex project ($1MM+)Lead project teams in strategic planning and decision-makingAbility to navigate uncertainty and make tactical decisionsPartners closely with engagement/account lead and builds client relationshipSupports growth opportunities, both externally with existing clients and internally with new business teamsDevelops staff plans for new opportunities and develops project Scope of WorkActs a leader to mid-level/junior project team members and instills confidence in project partnersDevelop project plans, including timelines, resources and estimatesReviews project intake and collaborates with disciplines to define project scope and deliverablesSetup projects using department tools (i.e., Teams, LionBox)Leads project kick off and onboardingOwn hot sheets and inform stakeholders with regular updates on project statusTrack project progress, manage risks and communicate escalations to discipline leadsTakes meeting notes and tracks all feedback and review roundsPulls burn reports from finance and communicates overages to leadership teamWorks with resourcing leads to make sure projects are staffed appropriatelyEvaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned sessionsArchive all deliverables, proposals and documentsClient facing, in tandem with client engagement leadIntegrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytelling
Qualifications:Experience as a project manager, producer or account manager for an ad agencyExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsMust be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environmentKnowledge of inter-departmental workflows and resourcesExcellent problem-solving skillsAble to apply critical and strategic thinkingStress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurateExcellent collaboration skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externallyContent production experienceClient-facing experienceExperience with various platforms including Microsoft365 Tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.), Smartsheet, Float
