We are currently hiring a Pool & Construction Maintenance Specialist to supervise and perform technical operations ensuring all pool systems meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular pool inspections and water quality testing including pH, chlorine, disinfectants, and oxidizers. Repair and replace pool equipment such as filtration systems, chlorination devices, pumps, heaters, and electrical/hydraulic systems. Perform routine cleaning, water treatments, and apply algaecide as necessary to maintain optimal pool conditions. Install new pool equipment in strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ensure all pool and spa operations comply with Florida Department of Health regulations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues including leaks, malfunctions, and system failures promptly. Maintain detailed service records, water test logs, and equipment maintenance reports. Provide client training on proper pool maintenance and safety protocols. Supervise maintenance and repair staff during on-site projects to ensure quality workmanship. Utilize the ION app to register and update pool status reports efficiently. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in pool construction, maintenance, and repair. Strong knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry. Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with Florida Department of Health pool regulations. Proficient in using digital tools such as the ION app for reporting.
