PP Specialist Travel Expenses -Temporary

Role Purpose
The P2P Specialist – Travel & Expenses will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and auditing employee travel and expense reports, ensuring full compliance with internal company policies, guidelines, and established quality standards, including OT (On-Time performance) and SLA requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze travel and expense reports in the Concur system.Ensure compliance with internal expense policies and corporate guidelines.Perform expense audits to identify discrepancies, errors, or policy violations.Process expense reports accurately, ensuring timeliness and completeness.Follow up on pending or rejected cases to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.Generate operational and control reports related to Travel & Expenses processes.Communicate with internal users for clarifications, corrections, or missing documentation.Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational metrics (OT/SLA).
RequirementsPrevious experience in P2P or Travel & Expenses processes.Hands-on experience with Concur (preferred or required depending on business needs).Experience in auditing and processing expense reports.Knowledge of corporate travel and expense policies.Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, data analysis).Experience working with SLAs and quality/productivity targets.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
