Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City for a Psychology Intern (Practicante de Psicología). The intern will support psychological assessment processes, assist in administering and scoring psychological tests, and help interpret findings under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in employee wellbeing initiatives, supporting mental health-related projects, and assisting in the design and delivery of training or educational workshops. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to reports, collaborating with consultants and HR teams, and participating in client meetings as needed. The intern will work closely with supervisors to apply academic knowledge in practical organizational settings while adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Psychology and interest in applying psychological principles in organizational and HR contexts.Ability to support Psychological Testing processes, including administration, scoring, and basic interpretation under supervision.Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear written and verbal expression, and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.Awareness of Mental Health concepts and sensitivity to wellbeing issues in workplace environments.Background in or interest in Education, training, or workshop facilitation, particularly related to organizational development or employee wellbeing.Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Psychology or a closely related field.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic consulting environment.Ethical mindset, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to professional standards in psychological practice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools; ability to prepare reports and presentations.Fluency in Spanish and basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred.
