Pre Post Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Present, demonstrate, and promote Hikvision products, solutions, and key features to customers and business partners.Provide technical support and follow-up to customers, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Work closely with the Sales team to understand customers' business and technical needs and develop tailored solutions.Support the Sales team throughout the project lifecycle, including project follow-up, status management, risk identification, and the development of appropriate technical solutions.Design and deliver technical training programs based on customers' needs, helping them expand their product knowledge and technical capabilities.Conduct product and technical training sessions for distribution customers and business partners.Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen product positioning and brand awareness, while gathering valuable feedback and market insights.Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and Hikvision products to provide accurate and effective technical recommendations.
Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or Network Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, with strong knowledge of networks, CCTV, access control, electronics, or related security technologies.Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with VMS (Video Management System) software and network troubleshooting tools.Knowledge of network protocols and packet capture/analysis tools, such as Wireshark and other commonly used network diagnostic tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
