About the role

The Solution Engineer acts as the technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and the customer. The role interprets complex customer requirements and transforms them into feasible, cost-effective automated warehouse solutions. By providing technical expertise on Mushiny’s product offerings, this position helps ensure proposed systems are architecturally sound and optimized for the customer’s specific logistics application.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and concepting: Interpret customer requirements to develop derived system solutions. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to determine feasibility and use AutoCAD for design, ensuring solutions are technically viable and optimized for client needs.
• Technical sales support: Provide expertise on product offerings and capabilities. Attend customer meetings, make technical presentations, and travel to sites for application research to build customer trust and ground proposed solutions in real-world application data.
• Proposal and cost management: Prepare and review cost estimates and technical proposal details by analyzing technical specifications and project requirements, ensuring financial and technical accuracy in communications sent to customers.
• Product alignment: Identify and communicate product development priorities by synthesizing customer feedback and technical gaps from the sales process, aligning Mushiny’s innovation roadmap with market demands and customer requirements.
