Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients via WhatsApp and email to identify their business needs and offer customized solutions. Deliver detailed product presentations and demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information to ensure alignment between client requirements and our offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine customer engagement and retention strategies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, building strong relationships to enhance satisfaction and trust. Assist in preparing persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition. Monitor success metrics from customer interactions and provide actionable feedback to improve sales processes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in WhatsApp and email outreach. 1-3 years of experience in presales, customer service, or related roles. Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales environments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
