Presentation Designer Must be based in Bogotá (Hybrid - 3 days at the office)

In this role, you won’t just format slides—you will be the bridge between raw creative concepting and breathtaking, client-ready pitch decks, proposals, and design assets.

✨ What You'll Do (The Core Mission)Platform Alchemy: Smoothly transform complex client and team briefs from Google Slides into beautifully formatted, flawless Microsoft PowerPoint decks without losing an ounce of design integrity.Typography & Grid Mastery: Act as the final gatekeeper for visual hierarchy, managing typefaces, layouts, and breathing space to deliver sophisticated, highly readable presentations.Pace & Precision: Thrive on tight agency timelines, bringing independent problem-solving skills to turn around polished visual materials quickly without ever sacrificing premium quality.Brand Stewardship: Deeply understand, adapt, and apply client brand books, color systems, and templates across multiple fluid projects.

When you aren't crafting award-winning presentations, you'll jump into our broader design workflow to support our senior team with:Polished, thumb-stopping social media graphics and templates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).Fresh advertising creatives, digital display assets, and occasional print layout revisions.Dynamic mockups, design comps, and digital asset libraries to level up our business development pitches.
🛠️ What You Bring to the StudioFluency in English: You have excellent written and verbal English skills, as it is our primary working language for collaboration.2+ Years of Professional Experience in a graphic design or presentation design role (fast-paced agency background is a huge plus).Dual-Platform Expertise: Complete comfort and speed moving back and forth between Google Slides and MS PowerPoint.Creative Toolkit: Solid baseline proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).A Keen Eye: Razor-sharp attention to detail, file organization, version control, and design consistency.Independent work: Exceptional communication skills and the self-driven discipline to work autonomously in a collaborative remote team.
