Pricing Analyst

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst with pricing experience and a logistics background in transportation coordination and load planning. Most pricing decisions are based on historical data, while some require judgment about whether a price is appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on pricing, approximately 75% of the time.
• During weekends, divide time approximately equally between pricing and other operational functions, including shipper support and track & trace.
• Use historical data for approximately 85–90% of pricing decisions and judgment for the remaining 10–15%.
• The team is not responsible for negotiating prices with customers.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in route creation, previous pricing experience, and a logistics background in transportation coordination and load planning.
• B2 high English level.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, decision-making, strong communication skills, multitasking, self-motivation, and customer service.
