About the role
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing operational pricing requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). You will have direct exposure to global teams and support key markets across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage pricing requests, including price adjustments, increases, and discountsExecute and track pricing processes following defined SLAsConsolidate and analyze data (volume of requests, metrics by country, etc.)Provide operational support for regional pricing initiativesCollaborate closely with global and regional stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldsAdvanced Excel skills (mandatory)Advanced English (mandatory) – daily use in meetings and reportingExperience in data analysis or operational roles (preferred)Portuguese (GREAT PLUS, not required)
Work ConditionsWork model: Hybrid (1 day onsite / 4 days remote)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Location: Belen, Heredia
