Principal AI Engineering Consultant

Design and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions
Build AI-powered engineering workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, and similar tools
Architect agent workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop solutions
Lead client discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations
Apply LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-assisted engineering throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements include 16–17+ years of software engineering experience, strong background in Java, .NET, or enterprise application development, hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions, experience with Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, or similar AI coding platforms, strong software architecture, cloud, APIs, debugging, and consulting expertise, and excellent client-facing communication and technical consulting skills.
