Principal Technical Architect

Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Services (ACS) is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join our global team of recognized technical experts. In this highly visible consulting role, you will partner with some of Oracle NetSuite's most strategic customers, helping them design, optimize, and scale enterprise ERP solutions that drive long-term business success.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide technical leadership across complex implementations and post-go-live engagements, ensuring customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment. You'll work closely with customer executives, implementation partners, Product Management, and Oracle engineering teams to solve challenging technical problems, define scalable architectures, and influence technology decisions that have enterprise-wide impact

What You'll DoServe as the trusted technical advisor for Oracle NetSuite's largest and most strategic customers.Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on scalable, secure, and high-performing NetSuite solutions.Design and optimize enterprise integrations, customizations, and data management strategies.Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend long-term architectural solutions aligned with customer objectives and industry best practices.Lead performance assessments and scalability initiatives to ensure optimal system performance.Provide technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation through post-go-live optimization.Identify technical risks and develop practical mitigation strategies for complex enterprise deployments.Partner with Oracle Product Management and Engineering to stay at the forefront of new platform capabilities and advocate for customer needs.Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural best practices.Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership across multiple customer engagement

What You'll Bring8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting.At least 5 years of customer-facing consulting experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and cloud technologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.Experience leading technical discussions with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer outcom
