Compensation: Starting at $75,000 annually, plus annual performance bonus, paid domestic and international travel, 10 days PTO, paid holidays, and long-term growth opportunities.

As two entrepreneurs raising a young family, we're looking for an exceptional person to become an integral part of our home. This is not a traditional nanny position. It's an opportunity for someone who is passionate about child development, nutrition, wellness, and creating a calm, organized household.

We have an energetic and curious 2½-year-old daughter and are expecting our second daughter this December. We're looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside our family and become a trusted long-term partner.

Our family travels frequently throughout the United States and internationally, so flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.

You're warm, engaging, organized, and genuinely love working with young children. You believe healthy routines, nutritious food, movement, and meaningful experiences help children develop into confident, curious, and kind individuals.

You enjoy wearing multiple hats and can transition seamlessly between planning an educational activity, preparing healthy meals, organizing children's spaces, coordinating household logistics, or packing for international travel.

Most importantly, you're looking for a career where you can make a lasting impact—not simply your next job.

Seasonal Travel Required: This position includes 4–6 months of annual travel to Florida, where the role becomes a live-in position while the family is in residence. Applicants should enjoy travel, be adaptable, and be excited about becoming part of the family's seasonal lifestyle. This is a long-term position, so flexibility and a willingness to travel each year are essential.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
