Process and Transformation Analyst

About the role

BMA Group Global is seeking a Process & Transformation Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives. The role works with cross-functional teams to monitor strategic projects, improve processes, prepare executive reports, and support business transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor business transformation initiatives and projects.
• Track project progress and maintain status dashboards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with different departments to help keep projects on track.
• Support the evaluation and prioritization of new initiatives.
• Assist with process improvement efforts across the organization.
• Track action items and follow up on project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, project management, strategic planning, or consulting.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
