Key Responsibilities
Optimize and control manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase OEE and reduce waste.
Analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions.Serve as technical owner of process parameters, standards, and change management (MOC).Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.Develop KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making tools.Promote automation, digitalization, and best manufacturing practices.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and corporate standards.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production, or continuous improvement roles.Strong knowledge of plastic transformation processes, particularly extrusion and injection molding.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, MOC, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and 5 Why methodology.SAP and manufacturing information systems (Atlas, Infopro, or similar preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.Advanced/professional English proficiency.
