Process Engineer

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and skills:
• Drive actions to improve all operational metrics: Safety, PPM's and productivity
• Time Studies and Work center productivity analysis.
• Standard work and Visual aids creation and follow up.
• Review opportunities to improve uptime.
• Coach employees (IDLS, DLS*).
• Evaluate ways to eliminate waste in the work centers to maximize efficiency.
• Problem solving/ improvement.
Job Requirements:
• BS Degree, in Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial, Electronic or similar.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in Lean manufacturing methodology.
• Exposure to product design, project/team leadership
• Capacity Analysis
• Engineering Runs and validations
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Ability to travel up to as needed
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Must possess an ability to work autonomously and take the initiative with little to no direction at times. But must also be highly collaborative with your working with the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.
• English Fluency, bilingual is a plus.
