Responsibilities

• Gather information on existing processes and analyze current capabilities against desired capabilities.
• Facilitate enterprise-level efforts to identify best known method processes and integration capabilities.
• Define process design, mapping and quality assurance tools.
• Conduct testing to ensure standard processes, policies, guidelines and templates are being utilized.
• Interpret testing results and review continuous improvement plans with senior management.
• Apply mapping and streamlining techniques to implement or improve processes.
• Define and implement process metrics.
• Apply process design, mapping and quality assurance tools to define and improve processes, and establish a vision and strategy for process discipline.
