Funciones
- Lead the design, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and automated assembly lines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WCM, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Lead process FMEAs, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
- Manage engineering and automation projects, from CAPEX planning to implementation and start-up.
- Monitor engineering KPIs, OEE, and quality performance.
- Ensure process standardization through SOPs, control plans, and Poka-Yoke solutions.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial automation.
- WCM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- SPC, FMEA, and process risk assessment.
- Industrial automation: PLCs, HMI, robotics, SCADA, and industrial networks.
- Biligual spanish/english.
- Valid VISA and Passport.
