Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for leading and developing the procurement team to ensure a continuous and timely supply of materials. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs, maintain customer satisfaction, and support business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor inventory levels, aging stock, excess and obsolete materials, and procurement KPIs.Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external customers.Coach and train buyers on procurement processes, SOPs, Lean, C-TPAT, and ISO requirements.Manage supplier and customer escalations, including contract negotiations, AP issues, and supply challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.Advanced English proficiency.Advanced SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, negotiation, communication, and organizational planning.
