Key Responsibilities Analyze procurement data to support informed vendor selection and purchasing decisions. Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards using Excel. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contracts and performance standards. Support sourcing strategies to identify and qualify new suppliers. Assist in negotiating pricing and contract terms with vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and project management to align procurement with company goals. Monitor inventory levels and forecast supply needs to optimize stock availability. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems and vendor management preferred. 0-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure procurement activities support strategic objectives.
