Key Responsibilities Own the Design Process: Lead end-to-end UI/UX design efforts using Figma, delivering wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect prototypes for web and mobile applications. Leverage AI Tools: Utilize state-of-the-art AI design software to automate repetitive tasks, generate creative assets, and iterate rapidly on design concepts, boosting productivity by up to 30%. Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Create a comprehensive, scalable design system that ensures consistency and enhances usability across all CazVid products. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered designs that drive engagement and retention. Implement User-Centered Design Principles: Apply best practices and user research insights to solve complex UX challenges and improve overall platform satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design tools. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
