Product Designer - UIUX

Team members collaborate on technology solutions that impact core business processes across multiple industries.Role Description The Product Designer - UI/UX will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging interfaces for mobile, web, and desktop solutions that support production, logistics, integration, automation, and BI workflows. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers and developers to define requirements, conducting user research and usability testing, creating user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and refining visual design across products. The designer will translate complex business processes into clear, user-centered experiences and ensure design consistency across platforms and integrations with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Pedro Sula, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.Qualifications Strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills to translate business and user needs into effective digital solutions.Experience in User Research and UX Research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of findings.Proficient in Visual Design, including layout, typography, iconography, and design systems for web, mobile, and desktop interfaces.Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Familiarity with UI/UX best practices for enterprise and workflow-heavy applications is highly beneficial.Comfort working closely with developers and product stakeholders, with clear communication and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with agile development environments and an iterative design process is a plus.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous for cross-functional collaboration.
