Product Engineer (Aircraft Seats)

To planning, organize, execute and control projects of producto and processes, development and lauching new products in conformityof the SOISA´s Quality System.

Funciones

• To develop product engineering packages (drawings, BOM, process flor, work instruction, tooling, etc)
• To develop Manufacturing processes
• Prototypes, Golden sampples development
• Primary focal for ITCM, PDR, CDR and other technical meetings
• Responsible to organize implementation of FAI open ítems
• Interface with OEM contact and provide regular program progress reports to ensure complete visibility of program at all times
• Revision and perform engineering changes
• Suppliers and new materials development
• Product certification and test

Requisitos

• Industrial Engineer, Industrial Design Engineer (Graduated).
• One to two years on similar position experience.
• Proficient in Siemens NX, Solid Edge, Autocad and CAM CNC post-processor.
• Knowledge in CNC machines programin and operation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, power point, Word)
• Knowledge in APP / PPAP or FAI launching process
• Creative and proactive
• Abilityto multi-task and opérate in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Excellent organization skills are essential
• Must have excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills,
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimun supervisión
• Multicultural background is a plus
• Strong problema solving skills
• American Visa and Mexican Passport
• Proficient in English language (speaking and writing essential)
