Specific background, expectations, and experiences vary by role.The Experiential Space and Technology team is one of the innovation engines within Deloitte Greenhouse, dedicated to evolving the technology, content, media, and physical space capabilities for our practitioners and leaders throughout the firm.You will be focusing on the growing software and product development ecosystem that supports the Deloitte Greenhouse, Deloitte University (DU), flagship experiences, and specialty experiences. This role will support both new product introduction and ongoing enhancement of existing platforms used across the portfolio.The Product Innovation Coordinator will specialize in supporting the product development and management lifecycle across the portfolio, with a focus on implementation, release readiness, enablement, and adoption of product updates and new tools. From backlog documentation and business requirement tracking to launch coordination, rollout communications, testing support, and KPI reporting, this role will help ensure products are introduced effectively and managed consistently over time.Work you’ll doAs a member of the Experiential Space and Technology team, you will support the US-based team by:Understanding and documenting platform use, product functionality, and development progress across the Deloitte Greenhouse portfolioSupporting the implementation of new products, features, and enhancements across flagship and specialty experiencesManaging backlog documentation and helping maintain structured prioritization processes tied to business needsDocumenting business requirements, enhancement requests, use cases, and product decisionsSupporting release readiness activities, including documentation, testing coordination, launch planning, and deployment supportDeveloping and maintaining enablement materials to help internal teams adopt new products and product updatesSupporting communication plans for product launches, enhancements, changes, and feature introductions impacting internal teamsCoordinating with product, experience, and technology stakeholders to prepare teams for successful rollout and ongoing useMaintaining an inventory of software products, in-development solutions, and planned enhancements in alignment with the broader technology portfolioTracking roadmaps, sprint cycles, release milestones, implementation status, and adoption metricsMonitoring KPIs related to development velocity, release progress, adoption, and portfolio performanceProducing executive-ready reporting decks that provide clarity into product progress, implementation activities, and future-state planningCoordinating with specialty teams such as Academies and Modular Transition Lab, as well as partners such as Growth & Purpose DigitalEngaging in regular communication with and reporting to the teamMaintaining clear records of communications, requirements, releases, and actions takenCoordinating meetings and follow-ups as neededStrong candidates should possess:Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCollaborative mindset and willingness to learnComfort supporting implementation, testing, enablement, and rollout communications for technology or software productsRequired Qualifications:2+ Years of ExperienceBachelor’s DegreeStrong English and Spanish, oral and written communication skillsVery Strong PowerPoint and documentation skillsDetail-oriented, especially in project management, product documentation, and release coordinationFamiliarity with backlog management, roadmap tracking, release coordination, and basic project tracking toolsMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to travel as neededPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting software products, internal platforms, or digital toolsFamiliarity with Agile product development, sprint cycles, and release managementExperience creating enablement or adoption materials for internal usersData Analysis, and KPI trackingKnowledge of Experience Design or Human Centered Design
