Responsibilities
About the role:
The Product Innovation Intern will support the International Operations Product Innovation area in organizing, analyzing, and documenting initiatives that help countries identify growth opportunities, test ideas, and share learnings across markets.
In this role, you will contribute to activities related to market intelligence, innovation initiatives, experimentation routines, product performance tracking, and knowledge-sharing forums. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and country stakeholders to help structure information, prepare materials, monitor progress, and support the continuous improvement of the Product Innovation framework.
This position is ideal for a student interested in leveraging data and analytics to support business decisions, improve reporting, and contribute to the development and growth of financial products across multiple international markets.
In This Role You Will
Support the organization and tracking of Product Innovation initiatives across International Operations markets. Help prepare summaries, presentations, and materials for product innovation routines, forums, and leadership updates. Assist with market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking activities to identify opportunities, trends, and learnings across countries. Support the documentation of experimentation activities, including problem statements, assumptions, hypotheses, learnings, and next steps. Support the enhancement, maintenance, and automation of dashboards and reporting tools used to track product performance, innovation initiatives, and business results. Help maintain updated repositories, trackers, dashboards, and shared files related to product innovation initiatives. Assist with the consolidation and analysis of product performance information and initiative status updates. Support the preparation of knowledge-sharing materials so countries can leverage success cases, challenges, and lessons learned. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across countries and functions to collect, validate, and organize information. Contribute to process improvement efforts related to product innovation governance, reporting, analytics, and documentation. Support the development of executive presentations, KPI reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership audiences.
Qualifications
What makes You an ideal candidate?
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field.Graduation date : June 2027 or December 2027Availability to work Monday to Friday , from 8am to 3pm (Hybrid) Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and reporting automation. Interest in analyzing data and transforming information into meaningful business insights. Knowledge in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report enhancement, data visualization, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Interest in financial services, lending products, customer experience, innovation, and business growth.

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
Work Education And Experience
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field.
