Product Manager

About the role

Mitratech is seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to support the evolution of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within the HR Solutions (HRS) division.

This is not a purely strategic role. The Product Manager will work closely with two scrum teams, owning day-to-day product direction, removing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring consistent progress against roadmap priorities.

Mitratech builds products for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions. Its global team serves 20,000 client companies of all sizes, representing 30% of the Fortune 500, and over 500,000 users in over 160 countries.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed requirements and run day-to-day sprint execution.
• Step into gaps as needed, including supporting teams without a dedicated TPM or filling in when design or engineering resourcing is thin.
• Act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering, translating complex needs into actionable outcomes.
