The Opportunity
An established online gaming operator is looking for a hands-on Product Owner – Casino to own and grow its online casino product.
You will work closely with local leadership to optimize the player experience, improve commercial performance, and shape the casino roadmap. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who understands both casino product and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Own and priorities the casino product roadmap based on business and player needs.- Optimize the casino lobby, game placement, categories, and player journeys.¨- Analyze player behavior, game performance, conversion, retention, and revenue.- Coordinate new game, provider, feature, and promotional launches.- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Operations, Payments, Compliance, Technology, and external suppliers.- Improve bonuses, free spins, tournaments, jackpots, gamification, and player engagement.- Monitor competitors, market trends, game portfolios, and promotions.- Act as the internal casino product expert, driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in Casino Product, Product Management, Casino Operations, or Gaming Operations within iGaming.- Strong knowledge of casino games, providers, aggregators, platforms, lobby management, and player behavior.- Experience with casino promotions, retention, segmentation, and lifecycle management.- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a hands-on approach to execution.- Experience working with third-party platforms and game suppliers.- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.- Fluent Spanish and English.- Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo.
